Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of play.band, including the website, dashboard, REST API, and MCP server. By creating an account, claiming a handle, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service

play.band provides hosted band pages and tools to manage albums, media, journal pages, and related content. Features vary by plan (Free vs Premium). We may update features with reasonable notice when practicable.

Accounts and agent access

You are responsible for your account credentials and API bearer tokens. Agents that claim a handle or manage a site on your behalf must secure tokens appropriately. One primary band tenant per platform account in the current version.

Acceptable use

You may not use play.band to host illegal content, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions

Human Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel via the billing portal. Agent Premium may be purchased via x402 USDC on Base for 30-day periods. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Commerce

Direct fan downloads and sales are not available in v1. When enabled in the future, artists will connect their own payout accounts (e.g. Stripe Connect).

If you believe content on play.band infringes your rights, contact us via the support page with details and we will respond per applicable law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
